What Should I Do If There is a Serious Delay with My Shipment?
Please contact both the carrier and our customer service to investigate. If it is confirmed there is an exception (i.e package lost) or delay will still last for a considerable time, we are responsible for re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

Faulty or Damaged Products
Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any missing parts, faults, damage or incorrect items immediately. You are advised to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your items if there is an issue with the product. such as the lights not working when fitted and damage to furniture after opening, please make sure to take some pictures or a quick video demonstrating the problem. Providing pictures of the product, the packaging and the labels on the outside will allow us to greatly speed up the process for you.

Damaged items means items that have been damaged in shipping.

Undeliverable and Refused Package
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful for reasons such as refusal, invalid address, or lack of signature, resulting in reshipment or cancellation, you will be responsible for the additional handling and shipping fees that might occur.
How to return the items?

All 9 boxes arrived within a couple of days, with no damage. It wasn't difficult to set up and we love how versatile it is, with the variety of ways it can be configured. It's so comfortable, as the cushions are firm to provide support so you don't sink into it, which is important for those with back issues. The fabric is so soft, yet durable and the blue color is fabulous! This sectional is sturdy and seats several adults comfortably.
There are a couple of things that set this choice apart from others that I considered, and one is the abundance of storage in each seat and ottoman, without the need for tabs to open them, like other brands use. Incidentally, the hinges inside the storage areas are heavy duty and seem like they would be safe around supervised children, as they stay open on their own, so less need to worry about them slamming down.
The other wonderful and practical feature is how the backs of the seats recline! This makes the seating even more comfortable. I also should mention that the wide armrests really do add to the practicality, as a place to put your phone, drink, or remote.
We absolutely love this sectional and I really can't think of anything that disappointed me about it or that I would change.
